DATE : 25/03/2025 This office is in receipt of the letter dated 13/03/2025, received from the 14th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur, for the grant of extension of six months time for the disposal of RCS No. 143/2021. Considering the reason mentioned in the application, six months time is extended to dispose of RCS No. 143/2021 (Onkarsingh and others Vs. NMC and others). However, it is made clear that the learned 14th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur, shall make all endeavour to dispose of the same within the extended period.
