Being conscious of the fact that on 30th September, 2024, the Work Order was issued to the proposed Development Works at Dragon Palace Temple Campus, Ogawa Society, Kamptee, District Nagpur, the Regional Deputy Commissioner (Social Welfare Department), Nagpur, has vide its communication dated 9.10.2024 informed the learned Government Pleader that pursuant to the hearing of the writ petition filed by the petitioners before this Court and when a query was raised as to why the financial bid was opened in a hurried manner, on taking an overview of the tendering process, a decision is taken to cancel the tender process, initiate fresh with an intention, that more bidders will lead to an healthy competition. A decision is, therefore, taken to initiate fresh tender process. 2.

Accepting the statement in aforesaid communication dated 9.10.2024, which is taken on record and marked as `X' for identification, the writ petition is disposed off.
