Notices on this application were already issued. In the pursuance to the said Notices, the non-applicants are served. Learned counsel Ms Gayatri Dharmadhikari appears for non-applicant No.1 and learned counsel Shri A.R. Rishi appears for non-applicant No.2.

Learned counsel for the respective nonapplicants state that they have no objection for allowing the present application.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is hereby condoned. Office to register the first appeal. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.

This is an application for grant of Stay.

On 8.6.2017, ad interim stay was granted in favour of the appellant on a condition that the appellant to deposit entire decretal amount before this Court. 3.

Learned counsel Ms Anita Mategaonkar for the appellant submits that in pursuance to the said orders entire amount is already deposited before this Court. 4.

Office note also shows that amount of Rs.42,848/- is already deposited before this Court. 5.

In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed and disposed of. Order dated 8.6.2017 is hereby confirmed.
