Writ Petition 2398/2018 Shri Anand Parchure, learned Counsel for the petitioners states, on instructions, that in view of the subsequent events, inter alia the enquiry report of the Collector dated 16-11-2018, the petitioners shall withdraw Regular Civil Suit 19/2018 and this petition with liberty to pursue such remedies as are available to the petitioners in law.
