DATED : 09-02-2023 These petitions raise two fold grievances. The first grievance, which is raised in the light of the stand taken by the respondents, is that the petitioners are illegally terminated from service and the second grievance pertains to pay fixation.

It is common ground that the termination can be challenged before the College Tribunal. The learned Counsel for the petitioners Mr. C.B. Dharmadhikari and Mr. G.N. Khanzode seek leave to withdraw the petitions and raise the issue of the validity of the termination before the College Tribunal. The learned Counsel for the management Mr. A.R. Patil fairly states that no objection shall be raised on the ground of limitation, considering

2 wp6623 & 6622.18 that the petitions were pending. We accept the statement.

In so far as the grievance as regards the pay fixation is concerned, according to the respondents, the said grievance can be agitated before the Deputy Director of Technical Education. At the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, we permit the petitioners to approach the said authority with the grievance. If such grievance is agitated within the next three weeks, the appropriate authority shall take an informed the decision within the next four weeks.

We dispose of the petitions, with liberty as prayed.
