In my considered opinion, the plea of respondent of being employed based upon the documents (pg.43 to 50) is clearly not sustainable as these documents do not in any way indicate the employment of the respondent. I am therefore not inclined to entertain the petition on the basis of the aforesaid documents. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. (AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.) Wadkar
