It has been agreed between the parties that the respondent-Management to send a proposal to the Education Officer for grant of prayers made by the petitioner in the instant petition to make applicable higher grade pay-scale and selection grade pay-scale as applicable to her.

In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the terms and conditions as mentioned in the joint pursis. It is, however, made clear that the Education Officer shall consider the proposal submitted by the respondent-Management on its own merits in accordance with the law within a period of three months from the receipt of the proposal.
