In this matter, a letter dated 19/03/2020 is received from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-2, Yavatmal, seeking extension of time of three months to comply with the direction given by this Court vide Judgment dated 25/02/2020.

It is not clear whether the aforesaid Court has already complied with the directions, since we are now in the end of September, 2020.

In view of the above, extension of time of one month is granted from today to comply with the directions/if not complied already.
