11965 of 2022 was refused vide order dated 18.07.2023, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). Misc. Civil Application (Rev) No. 19911 of 2023 is filed challenging the said order.

Since there is delay of 70 days, Civil Application (CAO) No. 413 of 2024 is filed seeking condonation of delay. The delay is explained stating that the learned Advocate was indisposed and could not notice that registration of appeal was refused.

For the reasons mentioned in the application delay of 70 days caused in filing Misc. Civil Application (Rev) No. 19911 of 2023 is condoned and for the same reasons Misc. Civil Application (Rev) No. 19911 of 2023 is allowed. Order dated 18.07.2023 passed by the learned Registrar Judicial refusing registration of Second Appeal Stamp No. 11965 of 2022 is set aside subject to
