CORAM :- A.S.CHANDURKAR AND MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, JJ. DATE :- 7th OCTOBER, 2023 Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition, it is taken up for consideration.

The services of the petitioner on the post of 'Assistant Teacher' with Zilla Parishad, Akola came to be terminated on 16.10.2017. The petitioner had filed Writ Petition No. 2954 of 2018 for challenging the said order. By the judgment dated 15.07.2022 the writ petition was partly allowed by setting aside the order of termination and permitting the petitioner to make a representation with a prayer for grant of back wages. 3.

Pursuant to that liberty the petitioner has made representation on 15.11.2022 and 18.08.2023 to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola. Since the said representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's aforesaid representations are pending, it is directed that within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order, the respondent no.1 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 15.11.2022 and 18.08.2023 and take a decision thereon. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. The petitioner shall serve copy of this order on the said respondent.
