This petition takes exception to the order dated 26.09.2024 below Exhibit 363 in Special Civil Suit No.139/2006 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Akola.

By the order impugned, the learned trial Court has rejected the application filed by the present petitioner/plaintiff to de-exhibit certain documents. At this stage, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. However, it would be open to the petitioner to raise the contentions which are sought to be raised in the present petition at the time of the final hearing of the suit.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
