CORAM : B.P.DHARMADHIKARI AND Z.A.HAQ, JJ.
DATED : FEBRUARY 08, 2016.
Shri G.L. Bajaj, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appeal is rendered infructuous because there was compromise between the parties and they filed proceedings under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act for grant of divorce by mutual consent and that the divorce has also been granted on 28.10.2013. After grant of divorce the respondent-husband has also expired on 18.09.2014. He submits that he represented the appellant-wife in those proceedings before the Family Court.
We accept the statement of Advocate Shri Bajaj and dispose of the proceedings as infructuous. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE RRaut..
