Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is contended that petitioner no.1 Society is running the petitioner no.2 school which consists of classes from 5th to 10th standards on an aided basis. Thereafter, the petitioners submitted a proposal to respondents no. 1 to 4 for correction of the staffing pattern of the petitioner no.2 school, but no steps were taken by the respondents and the same has been pending since 12-09-2023. Thereafter, the petitioners are praying for directing respondent No. 3 to decide the said representation at the earliest.

Having considered the submissions and the facts of the matter, we deem it appropriate that it would be proper to direct respondent no.3 to consider the representation dated 12-09-2023 filed by the petitioners at Annexure-II within a period of 8 weeks from today.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
