The Court has kept the question of admissibility of document and applicability of Section 85 of the Indian Evidence Act open to be decided at the time of final hearing of the suit. If the decision on such points goes against the petitioners, the petitioners is at liberty to challenge such decision in a regular civil appeal, if they are so advised.
