Criminal Application No.1542/2018 is for condonation of 132 days' delay caused in filing application for restoration of Criminal Application No.778/2017, which came to be dismissed as per conditional order dated 12/3/2018 as applicants did not remove office objections within two weeks.
Shri Agrawal, learned Counsel for applicants, submits that applicant nos. 1 and 6 are husband and wife having matrimonial discord between them and Criminal Application No. 778/2017 was filed by applicant no.1 for quashing of first information report lodged by applicant no.6 and same was pending for hearing. It is contended that matter is amicably settled between the parties as applicant no.6 is stated to have given no objection for

In view of facts as aforesaid, delay caused is condoned in the interest of justice. Criminal Application No. 778/2017 is restored on the file of this Court. Criminal Application Nos.1541/2018 and 1542/2018 are disposed of.
Shri Agrawal, learned Counsel for applicants, seeks time to place on record fresh terms of compromise entered into between the parties.
