ATE : OCTOBER 04 , 2024 CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO. 2674/2024 Mr.Vaishnav, has taken out an application for intervention on behalf of Navjyot Shikshan Prasarak Mandal through its Secretary and the Headmaster of Shiv Sai Anudanit Aadivasi Aashram Shala, Janefal, Taluka Mehkar, District Buldhana. According to him, the challenge to the Government Resolution dated 04/12/2023 issued by the Tribal Development Department by the petition, was in respect of the School run by respondent No.5, which is transferred to the Navjyot Shikshan Prasarak Mandal.

The application for intervention make out a ground for the applicants to intervene in the present petition and even the Counsel for petitioner expresses 'no objection' in that regard. 2) In the wake of the above, the intervention application is allowed. The intervenor shall be impleaded as respondents in the petition by effecting necessary amendment.

2 920-wp 2251.2024.odt 3) Let the petition be amended within a period of one week from today. Learned Counsel Mr.Vaishnav, waives service of notice for newly added respondents.

4) Learned Counsel Mr.Vaishnav on instructions submits that in the two writ petitions listed before the Court which comprises 20 petitioners, out of which 10 petitioners are already absorbed and he make a categorical statement that the respondent No.6 is ready to accommodate the balance petitioners in the respondent No.7 School.

5) It is therefore, now for the petitioners either to accept this offer or continue with their challenge in the writ petition.
