It is stated that though the learned counsel had tried to contact the petitioner telephonically and also by issuing communications, the petitioner is not responding. It is stated that in the aforesaid circumstances, the learned counsel would not be in a position to conduct the matter. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
