Shri Joharapurkar, the learned counsel for the appellant, states that since the marriage between the parties is already dissolved, the cause of action to continue this family court appeal would not survive. The learned counsel states that an application is filed by the appellant for permission to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the aforesaid, the family court appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
With the disposal of the family Court appeal, C.A.O.No.1861 of 2016 and C.A.O. No. 812 of 2015 also stand disposed of.
