Perused the impugned award and memo of appeal. I am of the view that this application can be partly allowed and it is allowed accordingly.

The claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the balance amount on their furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) within four weeks from the date of the order.
