DATED : 23-09-2024 The learned Counsel for both parties has jointly submitted that as per the 'e-Court' website, it is learnt that the suit is kept for final hearing before the trial Court. Therefore, they have submitted that without going into the merits of the matter, the petition can be disposed of by directing the parties to maintain the status quo till the decision of the suit. 2.

In view of the above submissions and the background of the matter, in my opinion, to avoid further complications, without going into the merits of the matter, it would be proper to dispose of the petition as prayed by the parties. Therefore, in the interest of justice, I pass the following order. (i) The impugned judgment dated 10-07-2019 passed by learned District Judge-3, Amaravti in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.46/2019 and order below Exhibit 5 passed on 15-6-2019 in R.C.S. No. 13/2019 by CJJD, Bhatkuali, are hereby quashed and set aside.
