Main grievance of the petitioner is that there was no progress in the investigation of FIR No.519/2022, registered at Hudkeshwar Police Station, Nagpur.

The statements in the affidavit in para 5 states that the charge-sheet is already filed on 23.02.2023. Since, the investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed, prayer in the present petition stands redressed.
