The learned counsel for the respondents states that the order, dated 15/07/2014 has been complied with and all the payments as per the directions of this Court, are made to the petitioner. It is stated that the petitioner has waived the interest that was liable to be paid to the petitioner as per the order, dated 15/07/2014.

Shri Gode, the learned counsel for the petitioner, admits the statement made on behalf of the respondents and states that the interest is not paid to the petitioner, as the petitioner has waived the interest. It is stated that the petitioner has no grievance against the respondents in view of the payments made to the petitioner.

On the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
