FEBRUARY 17, 2021 After the matter was heard for sometime when we expressed that we are not inclined to show indulgence under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the criminal application with liberty to move appropriate application before appropriate forum, if the charge-sheet is filed against the applicant.

The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
