The applicant has apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.157/2024 registered at Police Station, Aroli, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 and 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and Sections 1, 8, 19(c)(ii), 19(c)(iv), 19(c)(v) and 19(c)(vi) and of the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985.

The First Information Report is registered on the allegation that the accused No.2 was selling the said fertilizers illegally and without a licence and cheated the farmers. 4.
The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that on 12.09.2025, this Court has granted ad interim protection to this applicant. The applicant is attending the concerned Police Station regularly and cooperated the police.

The learned A.P.P. conceded that the applicant is attending the Police Station regularly.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the interim protection granted on 12.09.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
