Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

The only relief claimed in the petition is to direct the State Government to decide the appeal filed
2 11.WP6843.19.odt by the petitioners on 26.07.2019 under Section 39(3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act within a period of two weeks from today. The order of disqualification was passed against the petitioners in the proceedings initiated by respondent Nos. 5 to 13 under Section 39(1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act. 3.
We direct the respondent - State Government to decide the appeal within a period of six months.
