DATED : 25/10/2018 The applicant/appellant (aged about 19 years) was on bail during the trial and the sentence imposed by the learned Sessions Judge is suspended. There is no complaint by the prosecution or the victim that the applicant/appellant has misused the liberty.

Considering the facts of the case, the following order is passed:- The sentence imposed on the appellant/accused by the impugned judgment is suspended till the decision of this appeal, however, on condition that the appellant/accused executes P.R. Bond for Rs. 20,000/- and furnishes two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The bail bond shall be furnished before the trial Court within one month.

2 appa899.18 If the accused fails to furnish the bail bond and two solvent sureties till 24/11/2018, this order shall cease to operate from 25/11/2018, and the respondent shall take steps to enforce the sentence imposed by the trial Court. The criminal application is disposed in the above terms.
