In the circumstances, it is noted that there is no necessity to take further steps to bring legal heirs of appellant no.5 on record. The civil application is allowed accordingly.

Appellants have placed on record pursis seeking exemption from filing private paper book. Order, if any, passed to that effect shall be recalled subject to appellants placing on record depositions. Appellants to deposit costs as ordered earlier by the next date.
