The joint pursis is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. The pursis is signed by the parties and their advocates. Representative of petitioner Shri Suchet Bhagwat, Officer on Special Duty is present in the Court. The respondent is also present in the Court. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the cheque of Rs.6,00,000/- to the respondent. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms.
