Dated : 12 th September, 2018 Keeping in view the allegation against the appellant, who is a lady of 45 years' old, that she has induced the complainant to consume the pills for abortion, we do not find that it is a case where the applicant can come out of Section 18 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
