The only prayer made in the instant Petition is for a direction to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola, to grant the regular pensionary benefits to the petitioner, Mr. Amol Deshpande, the learned counsel for the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad states that the pensionary benefits would be granted to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

By accepting the statement made by the learned counsel on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no order as to costs.
