By this application, the applicants are seeking the condonation of delay of 225 days in filing the review petition. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants brought to my notice the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, dated 16.8.2021.

The perusal of the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India shows that on liberty sought by the applicants to file a review petition, the same was granted and accordingly Special Leave to Appeal was dismissed.

Hence, considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 225 days is hereby condoned.

The office is directed to register the review petition and list the matter in the next week.

Application stands disposed of.
