According to learned counsel for petitioner, certificate regarding Project Affected Candidate was granted to respondent No. 5 without considering the provisions of law. 3.

Considering the aforesaid contention and having gone through the record of the case, we find that detailed representation has been made by the petitioner on 21.5.2025 wherein he has requested for cancellation of certificate.

Be that as it may, since the representation dated 21.5.2025 is pending, we direct respondent No. 1 the Collector, Akola to decide the representation after hearing all concerns, within a period of ten weeks from today.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
