After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing disinclination to grant regular bail, the learned counsel for the applicant on instruction seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant states that the trial has already commenced and two witnesses have already been examined by the learned trial Court. He therefore seeks direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and complete it within stipulated period.
