DATE : 08-10-2024 On hearing the learned Counsel Mr. Sudame appearing for the petitioner, and on perusal of the petition and in particular on analyzing the nature of dispute which is sought to be redressed, we are of the opinion that an alternate and efficacious remedy exist in the form of filing of a dispute before the Co-operative Court under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, hence we dismiss the petition.

Needless to state that the dismissal of the petition shall not preclude the petitioner from availing the remedy. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) (BHARATI DANGRE, J.) adgokar
