The applicant/appellant is the original claimant seeking enhancement of compensation for acquisition of his land.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay is condoned on the condition that in the event that compensation payable to the applicant/appellant is enhanced by this Court, the applicant/appellant shall not be entitled to the interest for the period of delay in approaching this Court.
