Heard Mr Pande, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mrs. Chalrewar, learned AGP for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr Bhandarkar, learned Counsel for respondent nos.4 to 6.

The petition questions the order dated 06-09-23 by which the application for condonation of delay has been accepted by respondent no.1 in respect of challenge to the order dated 8-12-2010 by the Sub-Divisional Officer. The grievance is that the impugned order does not record any reason. Neither learned AGP nor Mr Bhandarkar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.4 to 6 are able to justify the order dated 06-09-23, as it is a single line order, sans any reasons whatsoever, therefore the same is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter is remitted back to the Additional Collector, Gondia, for deciding the application for
