In this writ petition a declaration has been sought that the acquisition proceedings bearing No. LAO/Dighi-23/1988-89 with regard to land admeasuring 1 H 18 R situated at Village-Dighi, Taluka Nandura District Buldana has lapsed.

Shri V. B. Bhise, learned counsel for the respondent no.5 submits that by order 3rd March 2020 the Special Land Acquisition Officer has declared the aforesaid acquisition proceedings to have lapsed.

In view of this order, the prayers made in the writ petition do not survive. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
