Heard Shri P.A. Abhyankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri H.R. Dhumale, learned AGP for the respondents.

Though Shri Abhyankar, learned counsel is strongly opposing the prayer for intervention, as the matter pertains to education and closure of a school, we allow both the applications. The applicants be added as party as intervenor Nos. 4 onwards.

All objections of the petitioner to status of the respondents or likes are kept open and will be looked into at appropriate juncture.
