According to them, on some land of the government, the encroachment has been carried out by the several villagers and though the issue has been brought to the notice of respondent no. 7, the claim has not been resolved till date. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has also invited our attention to the representation made on 01/07/2025. Since the representation is still pending, we direct the respondent no. 7 to decide the representation dated 01/07/2025 within a period of ten weeks from today.
