However, we note that the limited relief which is sought is a direction to respondent 1 to decide the proposal dated 27.04.2022 (Annexure - E) submitted by the petitioner seeking permission to open Social Work College. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that the respondent 2 - University has recommended the proposal.

Considering the limited relief claimed, we do not see any propriety in adjourning the hearing.

We direct respondent 1 to take an appropriate decision on the proposal dated 27.04.2022 (Annexure - E), if necessary, after hearing the petitioner, and in accordance with law, within the next eight weeks.
