Perused the impugned order.

The trial Judge did not find proper to allow the application of the accused for calling the documents namely; certificate incorporation, article of association, copy of agenda and minute book. The trial Judge found that order that the application is not tenable at this stage.

That being so, I find no merit in the application. Hence, I make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.701/2014 is rejected.
