This is an application seeking for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.607/2016, which was came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on 12.10.2022 with costs of Rs.5,000/-. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners' seeks restoration application by contending that the arguing counsel comes from Aurangabad and due to some exigency on the date of proceeding, he was unable to attend. The applicant has deposited the Prity
