It is the contention of learned counsel for petitioner that though misappropriate of fund has been found to be done by the certain person, till this date, order directing action to be taken, has not been complied with. Our attention is invited to page No. 40, which is a representation dated 5.8.2025 made to the Chief Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur. According to the petitioner, said representation is still not decided. 3.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No. 2 Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to decide the representation dated 5.8.2025, within eight weeks from today. The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of this order before respondent No. 2, within two weeks from today. The petition is disposed of.
