By this application, it is prayed that the execution of the impugned decree be stayed during the pendency of the appeal.

By order dated 6th October, 2017, the applicants were directed to furnish surety for the decreetal amount. Accordingly, surety has been furnished for an amount of Rs.Six Lakhs, as per the pursis stamp no.14562/2017.
