In this petition, the record shows that on 25/10/2016, it was listed for the first time for consideration when it was adjourned to be listed after Diwali vacation by consent.

Thereafter, this writ petition has been listed today i.e. 4th December, 2019. It appears that neither the petitioner nor her counsel is interested in pursuing the present writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
