The only prayer made by the petitioners is for expeditious consideration of the petitioners' proposal dated 24.08.2022 and received on 25.08.2022 by the respondent no.1 seeking approval to the post of Peon. 4.

Considering the fact that the aforesaid proposal is pending since 25.08.2022, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the said proposal in accordance with law and take a decision on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving the copy of this order. The decision taken by communicated to the petitioner. 5.
