Shri Jagtap, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that though some other prayers are made in the Writ Petition, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed if this Court directs the respondent no.2-Collector, State Excise, Nagpur, to decide the application of the petitioner for permission to run the CL.III license.

Shri Madiwale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the application of the petitioner would be decided within three months. Shri Jagtap, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the application of the petitioner is pending for more than two years and in several other matters, this Court had directed the Collector, State Excise, to decide the application within one month. It is stated that a similar order could be passed in this

20.12.wp.6169.16 case also.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction against the Collector, State Excise, to decide the application of the petitioner within one month. Order accordingly. No costs.
