Though the last chance granted vide order dated 24/01/2024, office objections are not removed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

As such two weeks time is granted as prayed subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Library within a period of one week from today. Receipt of such payment shall be placed on record accordingly.

If costs are not paid and office objections are not removed within aforesaid period, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court.

If costs are paid and office objections are removed within aforesaid period, list the petition on board on 11/03/2024. 6.

In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the respondent is granted time to file reply.
