This contempt petition is filed for non compliance and disobedience of the order passed in Writ Petition No.6528 of 2018. By the said order, the respondent nos. 2 to 4 in the writ petition Education Officer (Secondary), Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati and Zilla Parishad Buldhana were directed to process the proposal of the petitioner, dated 29.04.2017 regarding assessment of the classes of the school and to complete the process within three weeks from the date of order. Affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2, wherein it is stated that the respondent nos. 1 and 2 in

24 CP 304-19 the present contempt petition have processed the proposal and forwarded it along with assessment report to the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati on 23.08.2019 and thereafter, the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati has forwarded the said assessment report to the Director of Education (Secondary), Pune on 29.08.2019. In view of the said statements made in the affidavitin-reply, the order in the writ petition is complied with, therefore nothing survives in the contempt petition. The contempt petition is disposed of.
