DATE : FEBRUARY 26 , 2015 Learned counsel for the applicants submits that compromise terms before the Conciliator have been drawn and accordingly, compliance has been made but now applicant no.2 has taken a somersault and hence this Court should exercise the power to quash the FIR.

In our opinion, jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure cannot be exercised in such an eventuality.

In view of above, Criminal Application No. 703/2014 is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to approach the appropriate Court in future, in accordance with law.
